TERMS OF SERVICE.

In regards to payment and price:
•The prices listed are starting prices. The price of your commission may increase depending on the complexity of your commission, check additional fees for what costs extra.•Once I've accepted the commission, you have a maximum of 24hrs to send the payment. Failure to do so will result in me canceling your commission and not doing any business with you in the future.•There are no refunds unless I am 100% unable to finish your commission.•All payment is always upfront and done in USD via Paypal invoice. I will not do anything else.•I'll start as soon as payment has been received and send you the finished product via email or Toyhouse PMs.

In regards to the commission itself:
•By default, your commission comes transparent/without a bg, however you're free to ask for one. Note that you have no say in what the background will be. (This request varies from each commission option, so please make sure to ask in regards to this.)•I will only draw characters with full and clear references. Do not send me a description or a pixelated/unclear character reference/model.
(Color palettes are appreciated but not necessary).•A pose description/reference is highly appreciated though not necessary. A personality description may also suffice.•Your commission is personal use only. So you absolutely cannot use it in anything to turn up a profit. No NFTs, T-Shirt designs, logos, prints, games, books, merchandise, etc.•I reserve all rights to my artwork so you cannot treat it as your own creation (No editing, tweaking, tracing, etc.)•If you fail to properly communicate with me in regards to your commission with no proper reason as to why I have every right to cancel it without refund and not do any business with you in the future.•At most, a commission could take at least two weeks, a month if I'm extremely caught up, however, I'll do my best to deliver the artwork to you as soon as possible. So please, be patient with me.
(Note: If your commission is complex the wait time may be longer)• I work on commissions in chronological order. So please be patient with me until I get to your commission as I am likely working on/finishing other commissions first. Check my trello for updates on your commission.

In general:
•Do not rush me or pressure me into finishing your commission in an untimely manner. It can and will result in the canceling of your commission without a refund.•Do not steal or claim my artwork as your own. Do not alter my artwork either.•I work on personal art between commissions to keep myself sane, if that bothers you, don't bother commissioning.•I have every right to decline your commission without reason.•You may share the artwork publicly, but credit is needed.

Additional characters are the same price as the initial commission price.
